You can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the Lérins Islands. There are 10 one or two-storey homes in a leafy park. There is a delightful pool area, with a children's pool, playground, boules court and table tennis. An activity programme is organised in the summer (June-September), which includes jogging, step and water aerobics. Some activities are held at Cannes Beach or Les Rives in Mandelieu. The hotel has a bus that takes you to the beach and the centre, which you have to pay to use. This service is free in July and August (when you get there, you can ask about the days and the departure times, as they can vary). Note! The bus has 8 spaces and you cannot book in advance. The local bus stop is approximately 700 metres from the residence. You can pay for wireless Internet in the apartments.

In the residential district of Croix des Gardes, north-west of the centre of Cannes.
Your accommodation
Fresh and clean apartments with floor tiles. You can request a room with a view of the pool when you make your booking. However, you will not find out if you have a pool view until you arrive. Please note! You pay for the pool view when you arrive at reception. Heating., Safe (€ 10/week)., Satellite-tv., telephone, Internet, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, bath tub/shower and wc. Balcony or terrace.

No step-free access
It is high up above the centre of Cannes, on a slope that goes down to the centre.

Final cleaning included. Kitchen cleaning, made by the guest. Bed linen are included. Towels, bring your own or hire € 8/pers/set. Local tax/environmental fee paid on spot. Deposit € 400-800.

Between 13 July and 31 August, arrival on Saturday and a weekly stay. At all other times arrival any day and a minimum 2-night stay. For F-014432, F-014434, F-014435, F-014337 and F-014338, arrival any day between 20 July and 3 August 2013. Check-in time: 17:00 - 21:00, check-out time: 10:00.
